What is E-OFIS?
E-OFIS is a system for managing an organisation’s internal work. It brings assignments, attendance, documents, requests and projects into one place and calculates each employee’s workload and performance automatically.
Who is it for?
Government organisations, educational institutions and private companies — from teams of 10 people to large organisations with branches.
Which languages does it support?
Uzbek, Russian and English. Each user chooses their own language.
Getting started and pricing
How do we get started?
You leave a demo request, we show you the system, import your structure and employees and connect the Telegram bot.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days: the structure, employee list and required modules are configured.
How is the price calculated?
Based on the number of employees and the modules switched on. Leave a request for an exact offer.
Telegram and attendance
Do employees need to install an app?
No. Employees work through the Telegram bot and Mini App.
Does it work with turnstiles?
Yes. Attendance is collected automatically from Hikvision turnstiles and face recognition terminals.
Can we use it without Telegram?
Yes. Every action is also available in the web panel.
Security
Can another organisation see our data?
No. Each organisation’s data is isolated, and this is checked on every request.
Do AI insights send data outside the system?
No. The analysis runs on a rules engine inside the system.
What if data is lost?
Regular backups are taken, and deleted files are kept for the recovery period.
